For International students: 20 hours face-to-face classroom based training and 20 hours per week of self-study is required.
For Domestic students: face-to-face classroom based and/or workplace training based on an agreed training plan that will include self-study.

The delivery is targeted at learners who either have a:
(1) Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent or similar or higher qualification
or
(2) Minimum of 1 year working experience in a HR function with an Australian Employer
Individuals should possess sound theoretical human resource management skills and knowledge who then wish to further develop in order to create employment or further educational opportunities. The learners may opt to study full-time (Domestic or International) or part-time (Domestic Only).
